We discuss the property, your routines, upcoming travel, recurring tasks, current vendors, and communication preferences. H+H then recommends a service plan and confirms pricing before work begins.
What is included in a property check?
Visits are tailored to the home and may include visual checks of entry points, alarms, plumbing areas, climate conditions, signs of damage, and other agreed priorities, followed by notes and photo documentation when applicable.
How is access to my home handled?
Access arrangements are agreed privately during onboarding. The goal is to use the method that works best for the homeowner and property while limiting access to authorized visits.
Can H+H coordinate my existing vendors?
Yes. H+H can coordinate scheduling, provide property access, monitor progress, and relay updates for your preferred providers. New vendor recommendations can also be discussed when needed.
Do I need a monthly plan?
Not always. Recurring plans work well for ongoing oversight, while one-time concierge requests may be available depending on scope, timing, and service area.
